Katy and David initially started in the business of “flipping homes”. When the market in the Central Texas and Round Rock TX area began to explode, finding houses to flip became more difficult, so they began purchasing lots to build homes on. Their first lot was a small and simple one in Bertram, TX, an easy build to start the adventure. Three weeks after the build began, David successfully sold the home at market value even while it was still under construction. When the build was completed, the customer was very happy with their beautiful new home. This set Katy and David onto the path of building homes to sell, and we became builders of  building custom homes promoting luxury. As David loves to say, “Give me a challenge”.
