What Full-Service Means to Us

Our use of the term full-service refers to the fact that we work with a group of experienced designers, and we rely on them when we work with clients who don’t have their own architect. Our design team helps us come up with a vision for your dream home that can be turned into a design. We have engineers we contact when we have questions related to the viability of a design or the structural integrity of our homes.

We have suppliers we regularly use, and we go to them for everything from appliances to cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, lighting and more. By having a team of professionals and vendors on whom we can always rely, we’re able to give our clients a more personalized and streamlined service. And while the process of building a home from the ground up takes time, we worked out a system that uses waiting time to our advantage, so our clients never have to worry that nothing is happening while we wait on permits, inspections, or for custom features to come in.

Who Comes to Us?

We work with clients who already have a property on which they want to build a home or clients who need to find the property. We have a real estate broker we rely on for help when we need to find properties. Customers who come to us can rest assured that we have resources to ensure that we can meet all client needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.

We understand that some clients will not want to wait the entire time it takes to build a custom home — from the time we first meet with them until the construction is finished. For those people, we offer the option of purchasing one of our spec homes. With a spec home, we buy the lot and handle every aspect of the build. While it may not be possible for homebuyers to get the full customization that we offer in our custom homes, they’ll still have the option of choosing upgrades and features that we provide on spec homes. The idea behind a spec home is that we build it without having a buyer. We know that the demand for homes in our area is such that there will always be buyers for new construction homes.
